» News > Scholarships > The Economic and Social Research Council is calling for applications for International Visiting Fellows
The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Non-Governmental Public Action (NGPA) is calling for applications for two senior International Visiting Fellows for the year 2006-2007. The fellowship provides a subsidy of 3000 pounds per month for up to six months. Up to 300 pounds is available to travel to UK project sites. A travel allowance of up to 1000 pounds is provided for international economy travel to the UK and related visa costs.
Requirements: Fellowships must be hosted by a UK Higher Education Institution with a current NGPA project or by the LSE with the programme director. Applicants must have recognised expertise in the area of non-governmental public action. Proposals should address either cross-cutting themes in the programme or themes that link specific projects or any other relevant themes to be identified by the prospective fellow.
