AP Intermediate examinations delayed by two hours
The Intermediate examinations in Andhra Pradesh that began on Monday saw a delayed start at two places one at Maddur village in Mahabubnagar district and Alair in Nalgonda district while it went on smoothly in the remaining centres. At these two centres, students attacked the examination centre leading to a three hour delayed start. They forced their entry by breaking open the gates and stopped the examination process.
Additional forces were called in and students who had the required attendance allowed to write the examination. In another case in Vijayawada, students were forced to write the examination along with degree students in the same room leading to inconvenience. Later, the Board of Intermediate made alternative arrangements.
