The Tenth Annual Convocation of The Delhi School of Communication (DSC) was recently held in the Capital. Santosh Desai, President, McCann Erickson India, was the chief guest during the occasion. Twenty-three students of the Tenth Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Communication (PGDPC X) were awarded their diplomas by Desai. He also presented the Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to Anshu Patni, Garima Patni and Gagan Chugh respectively.
Desai, in his convocation address endorsed the work and contribution of DSC to the advertising industry, saying, “I have seen a lot of DSC students pass by the portals of McCann Erickson and have real knowledge of the kind of quality and the kind of difference that this institution, DSC, has made to us in this industry.” He added, “This is a great time to graduate,” and went on to speak on the phenomenal growth he expected for the Indian communication industry in the immediate future.
