The Indira Gandhi National Open University has entered into a memorandum of cooperation with Payame Noor University, Tehran. The memorandum is a step towards establishing a network in the field of higher education, sharing of academic experiences, development of strategies for design and development of joint programmes and to undertake joint research and development projects. This collaboration will add new dimension to bilateral cooperation in education.
