Acadia School

Acadia School is located in the southeast community of Acadia. It is the designated school for Acadia, New Brighton and Copperfield. Current enrollment is approximately 500 students in grades K-4. Students go on to David Thompson School for Grades 5-9, and Lord Beaverbrook High School for Grades 10-12.

At Acadia School, we create a learning community where wonder, imagination and goodness are honoured through intellectual pursuits. We come together in a spirit of community to deepen our understanding of ourselves, others and the world. Our Beliefs At Acadia School, we believe: Learning is a natural and continuous journey. In developing pride and a positive sense of worth, caring and belonging. Learning occurs best when students, staff and parents feel that they are in a safe and caring environment. Learning is a shared experience and responsibility between students, teachers, parents and the community.
