Around 300 tiny hopefuls studying in Nursery, Class I, Class II & Class III at Amitasha (a school for the under-privileged girl child) celebrated their first annual day at the Amity Campus, Noida on Monday, April 5, 2004.
The little girls presented a vibrant dance- drama on the plight of the girl child in India. Their performance was a reflection of the changes a girl can bring to the society and at the same time contribute towards making India a Superpower. While applauding the performance of the students, Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson- Amitasha & Amity International Schools said: These girls are all so amazing, they gave a brilliance performance without any stage fear and I hope that just as this stage performance- they carry forward in their lives fearlessly
