A recent tie up took place between the Amity University and the University of East London where there has been an agreement to cooperate in the launch of a number of academic partnerships, for which a Memoranda of Cooperation would be signed in due course. Dr. Gurinder Singh Deputy Director General Centre of International Business were present at the University of East London along with President RBEF, Mr. Atul Chauhan, where the Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Chancellor, University of East London, Lord Rix, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Michael Thorne and Prof. David Humber, Dean, UEL.
Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two universities to co-operate in establishing a number of academic partnerships in the areas of MBA Biotechnology & Management, MSc International Management, MSc Biotechnology & Management, BSc Bio-medical Sciences and BSc Hons Biotechnology. These courses will commence from the coming Academic Year.
Apart from this both the institutions have also agreed in principle that they will develop an MBA Biotechnology Industries to be in place for September 2005.
