Information
Several dental students selected for admission to postgraduate courses in private minority and religious dental colleges have moved the Karnataka High Court against the refusal of admission to them.

Petitioners Nithin N. Bhaskar, Santosh Ashok Nandimath and eight others said they had been selected in a fresh round of counselling for admission to colleges under the Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Private Colleges Association (KRLMPCA).

The petitioners said a single judge had set aside the admission and counselling process of the association and directed the State Government and the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) to redo the entire process.
