Information
A series of tests will be conducted across the country, jointly by Macmillan India and Education Assessment Australia of the University of New South Wales to assess the academic skills of students in the areas of critical thinking and comprehension. The International Assessment for Indian Schools (IAIS) is a typical test to record the performance of students of the same group against their peers in India and abroad.
The tests are open to students from class 3 to Plus-Two in English, Science, Maths and Computer skills. A seminar on IAIS was held in the city where Principals from more than 100 schools participated. The fee for each subject up to two subjects is Rs.135 and Rs.125 each subject for those who take up more than two subjects.
