Information
AUT UNIVERSITY of New Zealand and Institute of Finance and International Management (IFIM), a leading business school in India, have announced admissions for 2006-07. AUT and IFIM together will offer an 18-month MBA programme for working professionals in Bangalore. The MBA degree will be awarded by AUT.
This degree offered by AUT is internationally recognised. The MBA programme is offered over eight terms of eight weeks each, each term comprising three courses.
The three courses will be taught over three consecutive weeks and require attendance at 18 hours of classes each week. Following delivery of the three consecutive courses, students will have five weeks of self-directed study time in which to complete all course work, assignments and preparations for examinations.
The MBA applicants should have a degree, a postgraduate diploma or a professional qualification in the relevant discipline. And the applicant should have a minimum of three years relevant work experience after completing their last qualification. Applicants to whom English is a second language must have an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 overall and a minimum of 6 in each. The candidates are expected to have secured a good score in any of the business school admission tests - CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA or are expected to take the test administered by IFIM-AUT To apply for enrolment, contact Satish Kumar, Programme Director AUT MBA programme - India.
