The 10th annual Canadian education fair was recently held in the Capital and was participated by institutions like DeVry Institute of Technology, Fleming College, Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Vancouver Film School and so on.
The representatives of these institutions provided a first¬hand-information to students about the programmes on offer, cost of education, accommodation, part-time work opportunities and financial aid, besides making spot offers. “Participating at the fair makes students familiar with our institution. Lot of them later follow up and seek admission as well. Most of the queries have been in the area of IT, business studies, hospitality and anima¬tion,” said Susan Olszynko, a representative of Algonquin College.
