Delhi HC has sought a reply from the NCERT and two others on a PIL filed by the associa¬tion of unaided schools seeking permission to present suggestions before the Prof Yashpal Committee to modify the national curriculum 2005. Issuing notices to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Central Advisory Board of Education (CABE), and NCERT, a division bench comprising acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain and Justice Kailash Gambhir asked them to file their replies within a month.
