Habitat Young Visionary 2007 award competition
India Habitat Centre, in association with National Geographic channel, is inviting undergraduate students from across the country to participate in the fourth annual Award for Habitat Young Visionary 2007, a unique opportunity for youngsters to share their vision of a better India. The competition involves submission of a 1500-word essay in-English or Hindi on specified topics in the first stage. Based on the essay, 15 shortlisted participants would then have to defend their vision before a panellist. Out of this, five participants will be chosen for the final round to be held on January 30, 2007. The winner will get to attend a fully-paid summer programme at Cambridge University, UK. Last date for submission of entries is October 30,2006.
