Great Chance for Unemployed University Graduates
The Kale Data company operating within the Kale Group has released its distance education program called Professional Development Institute (PDI) enabling unemployed university graduates to have a career.
The company is planning to coach 500 employees in five years with the help of this project developed in cooperation with the University of Koblenz in Germany.
During the education program, the whole of which will be computerized, there will be studies on 12 different areas such as product development, market research, customer relations and sales management.
Participants will receive their certificates which will be valid in Germany and Turkey after completion of the four-month long course, a third of which is designed to be practical.
