The biotechnology sector has witnessed a notable growth in the country in the recent years in terms of several new products launches, new companies registered and increased patent filings. India has become a significant player in the biotechnology arena in the Asia-Pacific region and is rapidly attaining critical mass in terms of skills and capabilities to become a truly global player. Amity will be the Academic Partner to CII for Biotech India-2005. The four day event from 9th-12th February will be organized at Pragati Maidan, Hall-7D, New Delhi. The event will provide guidance to the students about the scope and career options in biotechnology. Talks by the experts of the field will be arranged at the Amity stall. The interested candidates can meet the lecturers and students. Candidates can interact with counselors on one to one bases for any queries
