Hillsdale Artworks announces scholarship competition
Hillsdale County ArtWorks has announced its first Schol—arship Competition for Young Musicians. The Competition will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 14 in the McNamara Rehearsal Hall, in the Howard Music Building at Hillsdale College.
The purpose of the com—petition is to give the young performers in our county an opportunity to practice per—formance skills, said Art—Works Board Member Eden Simmons. We hope to see performers from all over the county.
Hillsdale County resident singers and instrumentalists, ages 11—18, are eligible to enter.
