Applications for Elks Lodge scholarship now available
Applications for the Elks National Foundations 2007 Most Valuable Student contest are now available for a chance at one of 500 four-year scholarships.
Most Valuable Student scholarships, which range from $1,000-$15,000 per year, are allotted for students pursuing a four-year degree, on a full-time basis - minimum of 12 semester hours - in an American college or university. Male and female students compete separately.
Any high school senior who is a U.S. citizen is eligible to apply. Applicants do not have to be a member of the Elks; and must be U.S. citizens on the date their applications are signed; resident alien status does not qualify. College students are not eligible to apply;
