New PMA scholarship honors Andover resident
A series of new academic scholarships, which honor a well-known Merrimack Valley philanthropist, are now available for young women who want to attend high school at Presentation of Mary Academy.
The new scholarship foundation was named after R. Kingman Webster, to honor and acknowledge his generosity to PMA over the years. Webster, an Andover resident, has supported the Catholic, all-girls high school in a variety of ways for many years. His support included money for the construction of a gymnasium at the Lawrence Street school and funds for tuition assistance for students, said Sister Susan Frederick, PMA president and a sister of the Presentation of Mary.Read this article in full with a
