Biotech India 2005- a four day exhibition on the biotech industry was inaugurated on February 9 by Shri. Natwar Singh, Minister for External Affairs, Govt. of India at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The inauguration was followed by a conference at Hotel Intercontinental. Luminaries from the Government as well as the Private sector presented their views on the growth of the biotechnology sector. Mr. Aseem Chauhan, Trustee & Board Member- Amity institutions was one of the panelists at the CEOs Interactive Round Table on- National Biotechnology Policy- Leveraging Emerging Opportunities in Biotech.
