Mangalore: The Yenepoya School launched
The Yenepoya Group of Education has launched The Yenepoya School (TYS), a complete programme from pre-school to class XII in Mangalore on Tuesday.
Addressing presspersons, Managing Director Farhad Yenepoya said that the Yenepoya Group has partnership with iDiscoveri, the India is leading educational organisation of school reform, teacher education and curriculum design.
He said the Yenepoya School is based on five essential principals which include child-centered learning, real and engaging curriculum, empowered teachers, connecting the community. Mr Yenepoya said the school therefore becomes a place where children understand and develop their own strengths and potential with the help of dedicated and empowered teachers. Education not only equips children with facts and knowledge but also perspective and decision making to help them emerge as complete individuals, he added.
