Bhoj varsity to establish SITs in rural areas
MADHYA PRADESH Bhoj (Open) University (MPBOU) will be the first university in India to establish its Satellite Interactive Terminals (SITs) in rural areas. Classes will be organised in Hindi medium for benefit of students of rural and tribal areas in the State.
A decision to this effect was taken in a meeting on utilisation of EDUSAT held at the conference room of the Bhoj University on Wednesday. MPBOU Vice Chancellor Dr Kamlakar Singh presided over the meeting. Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Vice Chancellor Prof PB Sharma, Commissioner, Higher Education and Director, Technical Education also took part in it.
