Educators look to stay ahead of the curve

Local officials expect dramatic changes in the way education is delivered in the future and what it will look like.

Is education going to entail more high-stakes testing or some other criteria added as a graduation requirement? Will it have more federal legislation driving it such as No Child Left Behind? Will there be more emphasis on distance learning through the Internet?

I think it will have all of those things, said Maurice Flores, superintendent of the Kingman Unified School District.
