Nirma grads keep pace with IIM-A students, break pay records
If You thought only IIM Ahmedabad grads were on the radar of corporate biggies in India, you are in for a surprise. Management graduates of Nirma University have now broken all placement records with the highest salary at the institute this year touching over Rs 8.5 lakh per annum.
The average salary has increased to a whopping Rs 6.8 lakh a year, compared to Rs 5.3 lakh per annum last year. For the first time this year, management consulting and technology major Accenture landed at Nirma University to hire management graduates and offered the highest package of Rs 8.5 lakh per annum. Summit Shekhar, an engineering graduate with four years of industry experience, bagged the highest pay package.
