FASHION CONVENTION
An Industry Convention was organised by NIFT-New Delhi, at the India International Centre, to aspire to strengthen NIFTs association with the industry, and provide an opportunity to elucidate the potential and versatility of the graduates. The convention was attended by the likes of Chitranjan Dar, CEO, LRBD-ITC Limited, Gagan Singh, managing director-Benetton India, and fashion designer Manish Arora. Among other presentations at the event, NIFT also introduced a new project for the standardisation of body sizes for the Indian industry afnd fashion forecasting.
