Canadian delegation to visit India

Aiming to boost economic ties with India, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty will lead a delegation of 75 Canadian companies on a major trade mission to India. The Premiers seven-day visit to India in January aims to target new markets in infrastructure, information and communications, life sciences, financial services, education and cultural industry.

The Ontario government sees the development of economic relations between Canada and India as very important. We want to strengthen our relationship and seize the limitless business opportunities with India, McGuinty said at a reception of the Ontario-India mission.
