Higher education just got the best tutelage ever

Scholars and educationists from various countries have stressed the need for a uniform education system, research, teacher training and practical education for the development of an advanced higher education sector.

Education experts from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Switzerland, Canada and other countries put forward their recommendations on the second day of the first international conference on assessing the quality of higher education, organised by the Punjab University (PU) on Tuesday.

The experts highlighted various aspects of higher education systems from the perspective of students, teachers, governments and other stakeholders in order to find ways to develop a state-of-the-art education system.
