Distance education in Burma: Producing uneducated graduates
Recently, the government said that many new universities and colleges have opened. On the other hand, according to government statistics, full-time student enrolment rate fell to 25 percent. Now 75 percent of university students are distance students.
In the 20th century, the uneven redistribution of capital is attributed to the cause of problems such as social crisis, revolution and many military coups worldwide. Today, in the information age, many scholars consider the major cause of such problems as stemming from the discrepancies of the quality of education between peoples and their countries.
