Students from remote regions to receive more scholarship aid

Phu nu Thu do (Capital Women) newspaper spoke to Phung Khac Binh, head of Student Affairs Department under the Ministry of Education and Training, about new scholarship regulations for students.

What are the new regulations regarding the study promotion fund which are being completed for proposal to the National Assembly?

The MoET has decided that the amount of money that a student is eligible for from the fund is at least equal to the cost of course fees and training. If the fees are increased, then the assistance available will also need to be increased.
