Alicia Keys offering scholarship to students
Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys is offering university scholarships to four students from selected cities in the US.
The 25- year old soul singers scholarship programme is a part of From The Ground Up, a Jacksonville NGO started by her manager DJ Walton and will offer 5,000 dollars scholarships to students from 4 cities that includes, Jacksonville, Florida, New Orleans, Louisiana, Atlanta, Georgia and New York Citys Harlem neighbourhood.
The R&B singer has said that the programme is looking out for students with an interest in college education and in need of financial aid.
