Distance learning available online
The N.C. Museum of History in Raleigh can now bring exhibits and programs to more classrooms throughout the world - including Kannapolis - via videoconferencing and online video streaming.
Five honors psychology students from A.L. Brown High School helped demonstrate new distance learning opportunities offered by the museum during a Tuesday press conference.
They interacted with Edgecombe Community College instructor Monika Fleming via videoconferencing from the A.L. Brown Cyber Campus, as she described to her students in Tarboro how to obtain oral history.
