ICSI’s first woman president
Preeti Malhotra is the first woman to be elected as the President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).B.Com and Law Graduate, she was the Director and Company Secretary of Spice Communications. Keyoor M. Bakshi has been elected as the Vice President. He had already served the company as the Vice President in 2003.
