Chicano news media group to hold scholarship dinner

With a keen interest in music and cultural trends, Agustin Gurza provides a voice to the Latino community in Southern California as an arts and entertainment writer at the Los Angeles Times.

Gurza will share his stories with Inland students and journalists as the keynote speaker at the 19th annual California Chicano News Media Association Inland Chapter scholarship dinner on April 20.

CCNMA is a nonprofit organization that works to promote news diversity and fair media portrayal of Latinos.
