Joshua Christian awarded UA Chancellor’s Scholarship
Joshua Christian, a senior at Sallisaw High School, has been awarded a Chancellors Scholarship to study at the University of Arkansas (UA) at Fayetteville.
Chancellors Scholarships are among the universitys most prestigious awards, providing up to $8,000 per year towards tuition, fees, and on-campus room and board to top students from Arkansas and the nation, Dovie Johnson, UA office of academic scholarships, said.
Chancellors Scholars represent the top 5 percent of students throughout the United States, Johnson said.
