Indian River County garage sale will help raise money for scholarship

At 10 years old, Bryce High was a budding musician who wanted to follow his big brothers footsteps in the high school band.

When Bryce died suddenly in his sleep from a brain aneurysm last March, his parents, Buddy and Wanda High, wanted to find a way to remember him.

He was the type of kid who wanted to help people, Buddy High said.
