ANNUAL DAY AT APEEJAY
Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai recently celebrated the annual day of its pre-primary department at the school auditorium. Saroja Viadyanathan, an exponent of Bharatnatyam and a Padmashree awardee was the chief guest at the occasion. The programme started with a traditional invocation of the god followed by a series of other enthralling performances by the tiny tots. The evening was based on the theme of Krishna signifying that all the learning till the age of five or six has a long impact on the intellectual, social, economic, physical, emotional, and spiritual development of the child.Geeta Saar and the chanting ofHari Bol concluded the function.
