IIM-A and Duke University to offer a Global Leader Program

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and Duke Universitys Fuqua School of Business will together offer a Global Leaders Program (GLP) on Growing and Innovating in a Flat World.

The GLP will be a senior executive education program aimed to enhance the capabilities of leaders to innovate, succeed and grow their businesses in the global economy. It would also help them recognize the societal and political issues across the world and understand their impact on global business. Through this program, leaders can recognize and respond to differences and opportunities across global markets, formulate and implement competitive and collaborative strategies for growth in the global environment.

According to IIM-A, It will also train them to explore new models of organization and leadership in an interconnected world, develop strategies to fulfill investor expectations in different financial markets and further to enhance the ability of participants to lead effectively in multi-cultural organizations.
