Govt babus deliver at DMRC, says IIM study

GOVERNMENT servants are generally perceived as corrupt and inefficient, but at the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation babus from Central government organisations are not merely working but delivering as well.

A study conducted by IIM-Lucknows Prof Sushil Kumar profiling the organisational culture of DMRC, its structure, human resource practices and strategies has arrived at the above conclusion.
