A $500 memorial scholarship is available to a forestry student applying to or attending Allegany College of Maryland.
To be eligible one must be a full-time student enrolled in the Forest Technology or Forest Transfer curriculum at Allegany College, be a resident of West Virginia, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and provide a statement of financial need.
The scholarship was established in memory of 18-year-old Jamie Lee Hall by her former employer, TimberLand Consulting of Hampshire County.
