Samadhan, an NGO dedicated to the service of children with intellectual disabilities from underprivileged homes, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Pramila Balasundaram, founder director - Samadhan, began the celebrations at the India International Centre by highlighting the milestones of he NGO and also briefly summarising the benefits of drama therapy for these children. Samadhan has also won the World Bank award for its innovative approach in providing services for children with mental handicaps living in low socio-economic areas, besides an award of recognition from Inclusion International.
