Volvo in India has announced the finalists of the Volvo Adventure Competition 2007. Bharat Mata School, Bilaspur (Chattisgarh) won the first prize this year in a closely held competition among 55 schools all over the country.
A team of students from the same school, named Prehari, undertook a study to find a solution to the daily traffic chaos.
Their project secured the highest score amongst all the Indian projects and received accolades from the judges. The same team will now represent the country for trie global finals in Sweden.
