Smallest things can affect life’s course, cardiologist tells scholarship winners

Its the small, day-to-day actions that make of the fabric of ones life, a cardiologist and Newark native told the audience of a scholarship luncheon Saturday.

It was fitting for cardiologist Charles Noble to address the two recipients not only because of his success through education, but also because the Esther J. Noble Scholarship was created to honor his mother, Esther.

Noble, known by his community as Chucky, described how being taken by his mother to the library when he was young helped spur him toward higher education.
