I am a BE with computer science as major. I am working as a software professional in a small company in Pune. I have about six months of experience. I plan to do Post-Graduate Diploma in IT (Distant Learning) from Symbiosis. I want to know if this will help me in my career?
You must select a post-graduate programme only after analysing the course content, the course objective, the institutions reputation, the placement potential and the career growth opportunities. The final choice, most importantly, should be of your liking. In the eyes of the industry, a distance education programme at the PG level is always a step below a full-time course.
In case you opt for a distance education programme, you have to do some research on the various PG programmes available and zero-in on the one best suited to your requirements.
