The Centre for Media Studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, is organising a TV News Production workshop from June 26 to July 10, 2007. The fortnight long workshop will be conducted by experts from the industry and academics, who will provide inputs on different aspects of television news production ranging from news reporting to scripting, voice over, packaging, anchoring, editing, and production, of news bulletins. The workshop is open to students from any stream with a minimum eligibility of 10+2 pass. Interested candidates need to register for the workshop by applying at the Centre for Media Studies, GGSIPU. The total fee for the workshop is Rs. 4,500. The last date to register for the workshop is June 25, 2007.
