COC Close to Offering Online Associate Degree

Beginning in the fall, College of the Canyons will offer so many classes online that a student can almost earn an associate’s degree without setting foot in a classroom.

One course stands in the way of that goal: Communication Studies 105, also known as speech.

COC’s course catalog includes more than 200 fully online classes, up from just a handful in 1999.
