PTUs distance education programme
Punjab Technical University is committed to make the distance education programme more meaningful and job oriented. The Distance Education Programme (DET) is poised to touch new heights due to various consolidation activities and controlled expansion. The SC/ST students who enroll in PTUDEP have been given scholarships by the government of Punjab under the post metric scholarship scheme sponsored by the Government of India. The university also runs the Active Placement Cell.
