Development programme for sports persons
IMT Ghaziabad held a six-day in company, residential programme on sports management for sports persons of ONGC. The programme covered topics like basic concepts in Management; Understanding of Ones Self; Group Dynamic Interpersonal Relation & Conflict Resolution; Attitude Building and Positive Thinking; Creativity and Problem Solving; Communication & Presentation; Team Building and Working; Stress Management and Yoga for fitness.
