Relationship Management
HDFC Bank and Icfai Business School (IBS), Gurgaon, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to start a three-month joint certification programme in relationship management. The agreement, signed by O P Gupta, director, IBS, and Philip Mathew, head-human resources, HDFC, will ensure availability of specially trained professionals for HDFC requirements.
