Fellowships are being offered by the SSAAPS for outstanding scholars
SSAAPS Fellowships
Three-four year fellowships are being offered by the Swedish School of Advanced Asia-Pacific Studies (SSAAPS) for outstanding scholars in Humanities, particularly cultural studies and the social sciences. Each fellowship is for four years and includes a compulsory year abroad at a leading institution in the field. The fellowships are salaried according to qualifications, experience and level of appointment following normal Swedish university agreements. The extra costs for the year abroad are remunerated separately.
Requirements: Researchers who have received their PhD degree not more than seven years ago. They may have recently taken their PhD degree (junior fellowship) or have completed their post-doc period (senior fellowship). Scholars with a PhD degree should aim to attach themselves to a Swedish institution of higher learning.
