Annual university fair
The British School, New Delhi, recently held its Annual University Fair. Over 70 universities representing the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong and India attended the event. Prior to the fair, the school also organised expert presentations by participant universities, which covered topics such as Writing the Essay for US Universities, Mock Admissions, % Recommendation Writing for Teachers and Counsellors, and so on. Students, parents and teachers attended the sessions. The fair was organised in collaboration with the Council of International Schools (CIS), a non-profit organisation that has been sponsoring undergraduate student recruitment tours worldwide for over 25 years. It was CIS Asias sixth trip to the sub-continent and its popularity has grown each year because of the growing importance of the Indian market. Apart from New Delhi, this years tour also covered Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore.
