Mou Signed
Western Australias training institution Murdoch University signed a memorandum of association (MoU) with Bharati Vidyapeeth University. (BVU), on September 23, 2007 with the aim of enhancing the study of biotechnology at BVU.
Present on the occasion were Yiannis Attikiouzel, executive dean of Murdoch University, Shivajirao S Kadam, vice chancellor, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pritam Singh, international student coordinator, Murdoch University and Jamal Qureshi, South Asia regional marketing manager, Perth Education City. Through the association, Murdoch University will support Bharati Vidyapeeth University in developing and promoting biotechnology. Future plans include training programmes, sharing and dissemination of academic material and exchange programmes for staff in order to increase exposure and knowledge on the subject.
